The mission of the Delaware Center for Health Promotion (DCHP) is to encourage Delawareans to adopt healthier lifestyle habits in an effort to increase their quality of life and to reduce the incidence of preventable illness.  DCHP is jointly sponsored by the Office of the Lt. Governor and the University of Delaware. 

DCHP has allied with the Healthy Delaware Foundation, which was formed to continue the work of the Healthy Delaware 2010 Initiative.  Programming offered by DCHP uses the Healthy Delaware Foundation’s slogan “Be Healthy Delaware”, with their permission.  We gratefully acknowledge that the Healthy Delaware Foundation has donated this space to us on their website.
